Preview access
The NULLFRAME interface is provided as experimental software. Preview labels mean the related surface may use simulated or incomplete data and must not be treated as an available production service.
You may use the interface only if you have legal capacity to agree to these terms and your use is lawful where you are located.

Your wallet and transactions
You control your wallet and are solely responsible for its security, transactions, fees, taxes, and compliance obligations. NULLFRAME cannot reverse a blockchain transaction or recover credentials or assets.
An interface message is informational. The relevant blockchain record and wallet confirmation determine whether a transaction occurred.

Prohibited conduct
Do not use NULLFRAME to violate law, infringe rights, manipulate a market, wash trade, deceive others, distribute malware, evade sanctions, attack infrastructure, or access systems without authorization.
Do not impersonate NULLFRAME or publish a confusing token address, domain, account, or launch page. Do not automate, falsify, replay, reroll, manipulate clocks, or evade technical controls to inflate fragments, Carriers, Echoes, mature continuations, branch diversity, relay frames, lineage depth, or shared-world progress.

No participation reward
The walletless Carrier experience may display cosmetic resonance weights, shell levels, and earned badges. They are game lore only: they are not transferable points, tokens, referral payouts, competitive rank, yield, allocation, revenue share, or a secret-airdrop promise. Opening, sharing, mutating, returning, maturing, or synchronizing a Carrier creates no financial entitlement.
Carrier and ritual receipts are pseudonymous browser-reported or server-qualified game state. They are not proof of a unique person, legal identity, ownership interest, investment, or eligibility for a future product.

Third-party services
Wallets, Solana, RPC providers, data oracles, explorers, pump.fun, and other linked services are independent. Their availability, terms, content, and security are outside NULLFRAME’s control.
You are responsible for reviewing a third party’s terms and transaction details before using it.

No warranty
The interface is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, you assume the risks described in the risk disclosure.
These launch terms are a practical baseline and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production availability in any specific jurisdiction.
